Introduction

The Global Business Department aims to cultivate professionals who are needed in global business fields both at home and abroad with a global mindset and professionalism. The curriculum designs customized careers specializing in each field such as aircraft cabin service, exhibition convention center, tourist receptionist, etc., and cultivates talented people who can act on the world stage in business fields such as marketing, trade and economy.

Distinction of the Major

01Customized Career Design Course

Modular curriculum for customized education (career design education) which enhances individual expertise based on global sense, foreign language, and challenging spirit

02Establishing Network between Local Support Agencies and Global Organizations

Overseas employment with local global companies and global organizations.
Establishing networks with local support organizations and overseas universities: Collaboration with academia, government, and global companies such as Hyundai Mipo Dockyard, Hyundai Heavy Industries and Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan City Corporation (Ulsan Exhibition & Convention Center), Ulsan Development Institute, Ulsan Chamber of Commerce, Korea International Trade Association Ulsan Regional Association Headquarters, Ulsan KOTRA Support Team

03Promotion of Characterization

Establishing a basis for characterization of global business departments by utilizing know-how accumulated and resources through the promotion of various government financial support projects such as WCC, education capacity building project and LINC + project.

04Global Program

By spending time with international students, students can improve their global minds. In addition, the program includes foreign language training at the leading universities in Australia and the Philippines, with opportunities to visit overseas industries through the Global Challenger program.
